Here’s what’s new:
Beginning therapy should be simple. We’ve updated the intake steps so you can move through onboarding with less friction, faster scheduling, and a stronger start with your provider.
You control how often and when we remind you of your scheduled appointments so you can show up relaxed and on time, with no extra inbox clutter. Set reminders for 24 hours, 1 hour, or 15 minutes before your session. You’ll always get a confirmation when a new session is booked.
Finding a provider who takes your plan is getting easier. We’re updating all pages to make insurance alignment obvious. For all providers, you’ll see if they are in-network or out-of-network with your insurance plan. This means fewer surprises and faster matches with providers who fit your coverage.
We upgraded the design across Tava so everything feels more consistent and readable, especially on mobile. These design changes help to create a calmer environment for your therapy sessions, and a clearer view of required actions.
