We refreshed our design across both provider and client experiences to be clearer, more spacious, and more accessible. This allows for faster and more consistent data entry and a sharper, more trustworthy feel for clients.
Your inbox should work for you. Now providers can fine-tune appointment reminders and keep the essentials. Choose a reminder cadence including 24 hours, 1 hour, or 15 minutes before a session. You’ll always receive a notification when a new session is booked.
Clients are seeing improved in-network/out-of-network labels across all pages, ensuring better matches up front, and fewer surprise bills and cancellations.
