We’re excited to share improvements across the Tava platform, focused on the aspects that matter most: transparency, accuracy, and reach. Here’s what’s new.

One-Click Access to Rates

Rates should be easy to find, especially when you’re making real-time decisions about scheduling, coverage, and estimated payout. We released an update that gives the Self-Referral Insurance Rates view its own unique URL. Now, when you click “See Rates,” you’ll land on a link you can bookmark and return to anytime, so you can get to the information you need with fewer steps.

A Clearer, Smarter Session Details Page

We refreshed the Session Details Page to support faster documentation, reduce cognitive load, and set the foundation for upcoming off-platform billing.

What’s changing:

  • A modernized layout for improved navigation
  • Key client details at a glance
  • An Appointment details section, accessible directly while documenting
  • A new Billing section that highlights coverage, coding, and estimated payouts
  • Streamlined diagnosis entry, with tags for primary and secondary Dx
  • Clear, consistent alerts for progress notes

These updates are designed to make documentation more predictable and easier to complete, while ensuring providers have the right information at the right time.

Updated Self-Referral Rates

Beginning January 1, 2026, sessions with self-referral clients using Cigna or Florida Blue coverage will be reimbursed at some of the highest rates in the industry! Providers can invite their clients to Tava to receive these higher rates. We’re continually advocating on behalf of Tava providers to ensure the best rates possible.

A New Partnership to Increase Referral Volume

We launched a new partnership designed to increase referral volume for qualified Tava providers. Tava Referrals are a simple, zero-effort way to fill calendar gaps.
