We’ve made updates built to reduce administrative friction, support more consistent workflows, and give providers clearer tools for managing care with Tava Health.
EMR Exports Built for Real-World Payer Needs
We’ve improved EMR exports with updates designed to better support payer and record-sharing requirements. Providers can now save an e-signature in account settings, apply that signature to session notes and exports, generate PDFs with patient identification on every page, and export a single session directly from the Session Details page when only one date of service is needed. These changes make records easier to review, easier to submit, and more aligned with billing and audit requirements.
Optional Email Notifications
Not every client needs the same communication experience. Providers can now turn off appointment reminder emails for Limited Access Clients when those reminders do not fit their existing workflow or relationship with the client. This gives providers more control over how these clients are managed in Tava and makes it easier to support care models that rely on provider-led communication outside the standard client self-serve experience.
Secure Payment Links
Collecting payment information should be simple and secure, even for clients who are not using the full Tava account experience. Tava now supports a one-time secure link that allows Limited Access Clients to add a payment method without needing to go through the broader intake and account flow. This makes it easier for providers to use Tava’s EHR tools with existing clients while still handling payment setup in a streamlined, secure way.
Care Status Tracking
We’ve created a more structured way to track where clients are in their care journey. Care Status Tracking provides a ten-status framework to track where each client stands. This foundation will unlock better reporting, stronger compliance support, and smarter downstream automation across the platform.
