Tava Health Expands Tava Guide With Smarter Scheduling, Clearer Reporting, and Faster Member Setup

Salt Lake City, UT — October 26, 2026 — Tava Health today announced a set of updates to Tava Guide, its care navigation experience for partner organizations. Built for partner admins, care coordinators, and care navigation teams, the updates make everyday workflows faster, give teams clearer visibility into how members move through care, and improve what members experience once they're connected.

With the latest version of Tava Guide, care navigation teams can:

• Report on any timeframe with a custom date range
• Read engagement at a glance with percentage bars and step-by-step retention
• Track assessment completion and clinical outcomes in a new Assessments & Outcomes section
• Choose the right office when a provider has more than one in-person location
• See the soonest opening that matches the days a member can attend
• Filter providers by multiple ages and genders
• Add a member from anywhere in the app with the new navigation bar
• Share providers from a member's profile without re-entering information
• Confirm which partner account they're working in at a glance

Reporting built for decisions. The dashboard now supports a custom date range. Member engagement appears as percentage bars, each labeled with how many members moved forward from the step before. The new Assessments & Outcomes section shows PROM completion rate and GAD-7 and PHQ-9 outcomes for members who have completed at least two of the respective assessments.

Scheduling that matches how members live. When a provider has multiple in-person offices, care navigators can now choose the office before booking, and the times shown belong to the office selected. When filtering by day of the week, provider cards show the soonest opening on those days. The filter panel and search are faster and smoother, and if a member doesn't have a provider yet, the Schedule button takes the navigator straight to the provider search.

Faster, more accurate member setup. Care navigators can add a member from the navigation bar, enter shorter names, paste dates of birth from other systems, and see validation as they type. Sharing providers from a member's profile no longer asks for information Tava Guide already has, and the share form now captures the member's state.

Clearer context on every screen. The account menu now shows account logo, so care managers who work across different accounts always know where they are. A sponsor's logo now appears on the member's coverage card.

Improved member experience. Tava Health brought improvements across the member experience that directly impact the members navigators connect:

• Clearer costs: members see a live cost estimate when they book, with recommended coverage options and clear next steps if a provider is out of network. 
• More care options: medication management is available to more members, who can book with a therapist or prescriber from the same dashboard. 
• Respect for identity: members' preferred names carry through to their provider's calendar and video sessions. 
• Reliable sessions: when a provider runs late, members see clear options with a simple way to report a no-show.
